The Brookline Basketball Association (BBA) was formed in 2015 to work alongside the Town of Brookline's Recreation Department to improve the youth basketball experience. The BBA site serves as an information hub for the town's two main programs: the Town Travel program, which competes against teams throughout the Boston suburbs, and the Joel M. Noe Youth Recreation League of in-town teams. The Rec Department also offers Saturday clinics for boys and girls in grades K-2. The BBA is led by volunteers with youth-coaching experience, with an advisory board including Brookline High School basketball coaches.
Registration for both the Town Travel program and the Joel Noe Recreation League is administered by the Brookline Recreation Department, not the BBA. Travel tryouts for 2026-27 rescheduled to Saturday 10/03 and Sunday 10/04 with no tryout fee (walk-ins allowed). No dedicated logo found on official site (omitted).
